ABOUT USIbsen Group was set up in 1994 by David Ellis a veteran Restaurateur with many years experience in Hotel and Restaurant Management and over a decade of experience as a Restaurant Management Consultant. Ibsen Group currently own and operate the Shack Restaurant in Temple Bar, Dublin 2. Purple Ocean Restaurant, which was the Flagship of the Group in 2005 is now managed under franchise by The award winning Chef, Paul Lewis.
