ABOUT USIbsen Consulting is a group of experienced consultants who facilitate business change and provide subject matter expertise on technical, functional and business issues for your company. We work with you, the business owner or manager, to help you become more effective and efficient in running your business.
We don’t just make recommendations; we guide you, the decision maker, in making better decisions, help you to develop plans that act on those decisions and deliver the successful results you desire. We look at the business in a holistic manner and look to the future in developing targets that are realistic and enduring.
Ibsen Group was set up in 1994 by David Ellis a veteran Restaurateur with many years’ experience in Hotel and Restaurant Management and over a decade of experience as a Restaurant Management Consultant. David has an excellent track record in effecting change and bringing businesses back to operational and financial stability. He has spent the last number of years developing and delivering programmes that facilitate people to develop their talents and abilities and achieve their potential.
In 2005 Paul Lewis joined the Group bringing his wealth of knowledge and experience in his specialised Kitchen Magagement roles as Head Chef and Executive Chef.
In 2011 Susan Duggan joined the Group bringing a vast knowledge of training, coaching, team building, recruitment, and employee development experience to the Ibsen Group. Susan holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology, and is a qualified Barrister. She has worked with a diverse range of businesses in the retail and corporate sectors for over 20 years. She is a member of the Associate Faculty of the National College of Ireland.
Barbara O’ Sullivan also joined the group in 2011 as a business partner. Barbara is a qualified Accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland. She is also a qualified tax consultant and a member of the Irish Tax Institute. As the Managing partner of Finn & O’ Sullivan, Certified Public Accountants, Barbara has gained over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of accountancy, auditing and taxation, dealing with a wide range of business types.
In a time of history, when each business needs every tool to manage and survive it is essential to look at organisations with a fresh perspective. We are in a difficult time but you as a business manager cannot sit still.
